So, plainly: Keelson Appliance Service does not service heating or air conditioning. No furnaces, no heat pumps, no air handlers, no central air, no mini-splits, no thermostats and no house ductwork. The only duct this shop works on is the one carrying cooking air out of a hood, and the only refrigerant it handles is sealed inside a built-in kitchen appliance. If the fault is in the heating or cooling of the house itself, the right call is to an HVAC contractor — we will say so on the phone rather than book an $80 visit for it.
The second limit is the make. One manufacturer, no exceptions, for the reason set out on the about page: a van carrying parts for eight brands carries the right part for none of them. Another make, or an appliance that heats a house rather than a dinner, gets a straight no on the phone.
