This site collects nothing. That is not a policy position so much as a description of how it is built: static files, no forms, no scripts from anywhere else.
There is no analytics package on this site, no tag manager, no pixel and no embedded map, video or social widget. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than a font network. The only script that runs is the one that opens the mobile menu, and it talks to nothing.
This site sets no cookies and writes nothing to local storage. Because there are no third-party requests at all, no other company learns that you visited — there is nobody to tell.
The site is served by a content delivery network, which keeps ordinary server logs of the kind every web server keeps: an IP address, a timestamp, the file requested, and the browser's user-agent string. That is the host's operational record, used to serve pages and to deal with abuse. We do not build profiles from it.
Booking a visit means telling us your name, an address, a telephone number and what the appliance is doing. We keep that for the reason you gave it: to arrive at the right door with the right parts, to issue an estimate and an invoice, and to honour the warranty on the work afterwards.
We do not sell it, rent it or hand it to a marketing service. It is shared only where the job needs it — a parts supplier receives a model and serial number, not your address; a payment is processed by whoever processes payments. Records that support an invoice or a warranty claim are kept as long as the tax and warranty periods require, and no longer than there is a reason to.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no invoice, warranty or legal obligation requires keeping it. Ask on the same line you booked on.
Questions about any of this go to Keelson Appliance Service on the number and address listed on the contact page. Both are placeholders until the business line is published, which is stated plainly wherever they appear.
Keelson Appliance Service operates from Fleming Island, Clay County, Florida. This page describes the site as it is built today; if that ever changes, this page changes with it.
