Which appliances do you work on?: Viking only. Ranges, rangetops, wall ovens, built-in refrigeration, dishwashers, ventilation hoods and outdoor grills. Working on one manufacturer is what lets us carry the right igniters, spark modules and sensors on the van instead of ordering them after the visit. If your appliance is another make, we are not the right company for it and will say so on the phone.
Can you work on a sealed refrigeration system?: Yes. Our technicians hold EPA Section 608 certified technicians, the federal credential required to handle refrigerant. That said, a sealed-system fault on a built-in column is an expensive repair, and we will tell you plainly when the estimate has stopped making sense against the age of the unit.

What does the first visit cost?: A flat $129 diagnostic. It covers the trip, the survey and a written estimate, and it is credited toward the repair when you approve the work. There is no separate trip charge and no hourly meter running while we diagnose. You see the estimate before any part is ordered.
What is covered after the repair?: 90 days on labour and 365 days on the parts we supply. We fit genuine OEM parts only. Aftermarket igniters and sensors are the most common reason a professional range comes back a second time, so we do not fit them.

When can you come out?: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sat 9am–4pm · Closed Sunday. We book by appointment window rather than by all-day slot. We do not advertise 24-hour or emergency service, because a two-person independent shop cannot honestly promise it.
How far do you travel?: Fleming Island and the rest of Clay County first — Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, Middleburg, Oakleaf and the Doctors Lake shoreline — then roughly 30 miles out from there. If you are on the edge of that, call and ask rather than guessing.

Are you affiliated with Viking?: No. Keelson Appliance Service is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Viking or its parent company, Composition Brands. We name the brand only to identify the appliances we service. If you need work performed under the manufacturer's own warranty, contact Viking directly — that work has to go through their network, not through us.
